9/11 fireman Grave
From a Little Girl's Voice
I know my Daddy loves me,
He told me not to grieve.
I know my Daddy loves me,
I know he'll never leave.
My Daddy was a fireman,
My Daddy was so brave.
He told me when I can
And cannot misbehave.
He said he would not forget,
His very special one.
Now no one can forget
When the terrorists won.
My Daddy helped the people
Because it was his job,
He told me of the people
The terrorists did rob.
He told me to remember,
He told me not to cry,
Eleventh of September
When he would say goodbye.
Remember I'm your Daddy,
I love you very much
I want you to be happy.
'though I'm not here to touch.
My Daddy was a fireman,
My Daddy was so brave.
All the other people ran
And now I'm at his grave.
I know my Daddy loves me
Because he told me so.
I know he had to leave me
Not very long ago.
